In 2022, the CSU Chancellor鈥檚 Office conducted a statewide assessment of its Title IX and Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation (DHR) programs known as the . The findings of this review strengthened the current practices, provided insights, recommendations and resources to advance our Title IX and civil rights trainings, awareness, prevention, compliance, and support systems.
The Cozen O鈥機onnor Institutional Response Group visited CSULB鈥檚 campus between Nov. 8-10, 2022, interviewing campus stakeholders and implementers whose work intersects with Title IX and DHR efforts. The resulting assessment, shared in May 2023, is publicly accessible on the Chancellor鈥檚 Office website.
